Can carpet cleaning make my carpet re-soil faster?
Yes, if the cleaning process being used leaves behind a detergent or soapy residue, then the carpet will likely attract soil much faster than normal. It's a good idea to ask what type cleaning solution is being used on your carpet. 
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
On average, carpets should be cleaned at least once a year depending on the amount of daily use. Carpets that are not cleaned on an annual basis normally develop soil damage in high traffic areas and wear-out much faster than expected.
How long should it take for my carpets to dry?
  Residential synthetic carpet should dry within the same day of cleaning as long as the home is equipped with a proper HVAC system. Avoid cleaning processes that can flood your carpet with excessive water.
